To obtain the highest standards and to reach the proposed objectives, we are committed to:

  • Comply with the Laws and applicable Regulations in Colombia, regarding the environment conservation.
  • Assign functions and responsibilities focused on the control of the environmental aspects.
  • Search and adopt alternatives to eliminate, as much as possible, the use of dangerous materials and the uncontrolled discharges to the atmosphere and sewerage.
  • Develop the necessary actions to minimize the impact of the potential contamination of soil and underground water as a result of operations or processes.
  • Reduce the generation of waste materials and assure where it is possible recycling and reuse operations.
  • Efficient use of energy, raw materials, and other resources in the different business processes.
  • Evaluate the environmental impacts of the products and processes during the design stage and take the appropriate preventive measures.
  • Have procedures for the prevention of environmental accidents and Contingency Plans to take corrective actions.
  • Control the noise levels to avoid annoying the neighbors.· Train and inform the employees of the company about the environmental matters.
  • Extend the standards and environmental outlines to suppliers and contractors. ·
  • Communicate to the public the Corporate Environmental Objectives and Policy.
  • Contribute to the development of High Environmental Protection Standards through Professional Associations and Governmental Entities related to the Environment.
