GENERALITIES:
When investigating
a possible failure it is imperative, for safety
reasons, to disconnect the circuit from the
power lines.
Always check,
in first place, the fuse or the automatic external
circuit breaker. If it has triggered, reset
it or change the cartridge of the fuse, if it
triggers again, the most probable cause is a
problem in the fixture or in the lamp. Next,
check if the lamp has been placed correctly
in the socket. In the manufacturer's label you
can find this information. Determine the way
of correcting the failure using the following
checklist:
